Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy
Dispatch & Processing
Once your order has been picked and packed, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail or its delivery partners.
When placing your order, please ensure that your billing and shipping details are accurate. We are unable to redirect parcels once an order has been processed.
For security and fraud prevention purposes, your billing address may need to match the address registered with your payment provider or bank card issuer. We reserve the right to carry out verification checks before dispatching an order.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

International Deliveries
International Standard Delivery rates vary depending on destination and parcel size.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.

Orders not collected within 10 days may be cancelled and refunded, subject to any applicable deductions permitted by law
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition;

All original seals, tags, and packaging must remain intact where applicable;

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged or defective;

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, health protection, and product integrity reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return if opened, used, or unsealed unless faulty:

This restriction does not apply where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied.
Online Refund Procedure
We aim to process refunds promptly once returned goods have been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:

Up to 5–7 working days from refund confirmation for funds to appear in your account;

Additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until:

The goods have been received back; or
-
You have provided satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned.

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage or tracked delivery confirmation when returning items, as we cannot guarantee responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Late or Non-Compliant Returns
We do not normally accept returns submitted outside the applicable return period unless the goods are faulty or your statutory rights otherwise apply.
If an ineligible return is sent to us, we may:

Refuse the return; and/or

Return the item to the original delivery address at your expense.
Return Costs Covered by Us
We will cover reasonable return costs where:

An incorrect item, size, or colour was supplied;

The item was damaged during transit;

The item is faulty or not as described; or

A return arrangement has been agreed with us in writing.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
