Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it;

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging where reasonably possible; and

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described.

  • Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • The item is defective or damaged;

  • You received the wrong item; or

  • The item is not as described.

Where goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you may have additional rights under applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or unsealed, unless they are faulty. These may include:

  • Wigs;

  • Hair brushes and combs;

  • Beauty and personal care products;

  • Custom-made, personalised, or special-order items.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards;

  • Hazardous materials;

  • Flammable liquids or gases.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Sale Items

Sale or clearance items may only be returned if faulty, damaged, or not as described, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)

If you are purchasing online or remotely within the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable exceptions.

To exercise this right:

  • The item must be unused and in resalable condition where reasonably possible;

  • It should be returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Certain goods may be exempt from cancellation rights, including sealed hygiene products once unsealed and personalised items.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method;

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
